DESCRIPTION
This compact machine streamlines the process of packaging effervescent tablets into tubes. Tablets are fed from a vibrating bowl, ensuring smooth and consistent delivery. Operators manually position tubes in the receiving area, initiating the automated filling process. Tablets slide directly into the tube. Filled tubes are then manually capped using a separate pressing station. This semi-automatic system offers a cost-effective solution for small to medium-sized production runs, achieving an output of approximately 5-10 tubes per minute. It’s ideal for businesses seeking to improve efficiency and accuracy in their effervescent tablet packaging.
